An Australian manufacturing firm, Heuch, survived the collapse of the Australian car industry by converting their business into a solar manufacturing company as reported by The Herald Sun.
To resolve this problem, Heuch trained its workforce to work with solar technologies and started Black Stump Technologies.
Black Stump Technologies manufactures solar-powered refrigeration products and energy technologies for:
- Remote areas
- Disaster zones
- Construction sites
- Mining sites.
