Australian Home Builder Will Incorporate Tesla Powerwall In New Homes

An Australian home builder has announced plans to include a Tesla Powerwall in all new homes. Arden Homes stated that they will install all their homes with the Tesla Powerwall through a partnership with Tesla Powerwall reseller Bradford Solar. This initiative is expected to slash electricity costs for homeowners.

The home battery storage will now be standard in Arden homes as part of the Bradford Solar ChargePack. Solar panels on home rooftops will gather energy, which can be used to power appliances and then fed back into the grid or stored later for use. The storage pack also includes cloud-based monitoring so owners can track energy consumption right form their mobile smart devices.
