The Australian reported that the Indian energy giant Adani said that they have found a retailer that will sell the energy generated by their central Queensland solar plant. The energy retailer has agreed to take 80% of energy output from the said energy facility.
- Adani is planning produce 1500 megawatts through a number of renewable energy projects across the country within 5 years.
- The first stage of construction of the Rugby Run facility is scheduled for this month.
