Vestas and Infigen Energy have signed fleet-wide long-term service agreements for a 557 megawatts of Vestas and Suzlon turbines. The deal includes Vestas providing maintenance to Infigen’s entire operating fleet until the end of their design life, including all the Suzlon turbines.
The service agreements cover Infigen’s whole operating wind portfolio which comprises of 368 megawatts Vestas turbines and 189 megawatts of Suzlon turbines spread in sites over Australia.
The project agreements are full-scope Active Output Management 5000 service packages in which Vestas attest minimum yield-based availability. The agreements are effective from January 2018, for a period of 7-15 years depending on the wind park.
